Frontier Insurance Company (“FIC”) was ordered into receivership for the purposes of liquidation by the Supreme Court of the State of New York on November 16, 2012. FIC was originally placed in rehabilitation on October 15, 2001. The Superintendent of Financial Services of the State of New York is the court appointed liquidator of FIC.
The deadline for settling claims or filing suit against FIGA was December 31, 2014.
