Vesta Fire Insurance Company (“VFIC”) was ordered into receivership for the purposes of liquidation by the Second Judicial Circuit Court in Leon County, Florida on August 1, 2006. The Florida Department of Financial Services is the court appointed Receiver of VFIC.
The deadline for settling claims or filing suit against FIGA was November 30, 2007.
