Florida Preferred Property Insurance Company (“FPPIC”) was ordered into receivership for the purposes of liquidation by the Second Judicial Circuit Court in Leon County, Florida on May 31, 2006. The Florida Department of Financial Services is the court appointed Receiver of FPPIC.
The deadline for settling claims or filing suit against FIGA was June 1, 2008.
