Effective November 5, 2015, Lincoln General Insurance Company (“LGIC”) was ordered into receivership for the purposes of liquidation by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner is the court appointed liquidator of LGIC.
